We are a husband-and-wife team who have been married since 2021. We both bring different photography backgrounds to the table, which creates a unique and complementary style to our work. Michael started photographing weddings part-time in 2018, and in 2025 we rebranded and transitioned to full-time photography under the name Blu Oak Weddings.

We chose the name Blu Oak Weddings because “Blu” is our first baby (a sweet Blue Heeler pup )

and “Oak” is short for our daughter Oakley. Our family is at the heart of everything we do, and that love carries into every wedding we capture.

Our goal is to provide an amazing, stress-free experience for our couples with a godly twist. We focus on authentic, heartfelt moments, whether it’s a joyful celebration or a tender, faith-filled ceremony, we’re there to document your story with care and excellence.
